Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
¾ cup oat milk
4 medium strawberries
agave or coconut sugar to taste
1.5 tsp matcha
4 tbsp boiling water
ice as preferred
Preparation:
In a tall glass, add strawberries and sweetener of your choice and crush them with a muddler until they’re pureed.
Add ice to glass.
Pour oat milk over ice.
In a small bowl, sift matcha powder and add boiling water.
Whisk until the mixture is frothy (approx. 30secs).
Pour the matcha liquid over milk in glass and stir.
Enjoy!
Iced London Fog
Ingredients:
1-2 bags (or loose leaf) of earl grey tea
1 cup boiling water
1 cup oat milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp agave or coconut sugar to taste
ice as preferred
Preparation:
Steep earl grey tea in a cup of boiling water for 10mins.
Add sweetener and vanilla extract to hot tea. Mix.
Allow tea to cool completely before next step.
Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour cooled earl grey tea over the ice to fill approx. ⅔ of the way up.
Add as much milk as desired.
Stir tea and enjoy!
